069 – Everybody’s Got a Story, Part 2 [Podcast]

Six Powerful Choices Series - Part 2 of 3

6 choices part 2

Welcome to Season 2 of the Your Church Matters podcast.  In this episode (69), I am sharing part 2 of a 3 part series from a seminar I led on a recent ministry cruise on the Oasis of the Seas with the North Texas Singers. My seminar was entitled, Writing Your Memoir in Advance: Six powerful choices to help you write the next chapter.  The seminar recording was over an hour long, so I have broken it into 3 parts to keep the podcasts from being too lengthy.

In Part 1 (Episode 68), I introduced the concept and got through Choice #1 – Choose your circle.

In this episode, I got through Choice #2 – Choose your story and Choice #3 – Choose your questions.

I’m also writing a series of 6 blog posts that cover the same material.  Here’s what I have so far:

Exciting News!

My new book, Why “Bible Study” Doesn’t Work: The epic failure of evangelicalism’s favorite discipleship method — and how YOUR CHURCH can do something about it is in the final days of editing and production and will launch on June 17!

I’d love to have you join me as part of my launch team. By joining my launch team, you’ll get a free copy of the book, other cool “launch team only” opportunities and my undying gratitude. Once the book launches on the 17th, those opportunities go away for good. The earlier you get in, the more input and opportunities you’ll have.
